The Vietnamese government approved the extension of the exemption from the visa for citizens of 12 countries.
In addition to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland are included in the list.
According to the legislation, citizens of these nations will be able to enter Vietnam without visa for a temporary stay of up to 45 days, regardless of the type of passport or the reason for the visit, provided that they respect the entry conditions provided for by the Vietnamese law.
The exemption will be valid until March 14, 2028 and can be further extended. The news Vietnam News reports.
