Average maximum temperatures 35.6, not even a drop of rain
The month of October ending today was the hottest in Delhi in the last thirteen years. This was stated by the IMD, Indian Meteorological Department, which recorded an average maximum of 35.06 and a minimum of 21.37.
October 2 was the hottest day ever seen in the same month since 2014, with a peak of 37.2 degrees.
During the entire month there was zero rainfall. According to the IMD, however, temperatures should start to drop from November 2nd.
