The secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergey Shoigu, arrived today in Pyongyang, where he will meet the North Korean leader Kim Jong Una: Tass reports it.
The mission, writes the news agency, was ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is the second visit of Shoigu to Pyongyang in less than three months.
