The Chinese artist at the Weiwei, without visa, was seen yesterday refusing the entry to Switzerland, reports the Keystone-ATS Swiss news agency today.
According to a post on Instagram by the same artist, the Weiwei spent last night on a bench at the Zurich airport before being expelled this morning. A spokesman for the Cantonal Police Zurighese confirmed this morning at the Keystone-ATS agency which at the Weiwei did not have the documents requested to enter Switzerland. The artist was not arrested, he specified the spokesman, and was able to move freely in the transit area until his return trip to London.
On Instagram, at the Weiwei he commented on his stay at Zurich airport writing :: “Tonight I will sleep on a bench with a blanket waiting to be expelled in 6.50”.
