In November, Japan’s industrial production fell 2.3% compared to the previous month. This was reported by the Kyodo agency, citing government data. “The seasonally adjusted index of production in factories and mines was 101.7 against the base of 100 in 2020” is reported in a preliminary report from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. A downwardly revised increase of 2.8% followed in October.
