The sale of Iranian oil in China in the sights
Iran firmly condemns the new US financial penalties, calling them “illegal” and “unjustified” and concerning the sale of Iranian crude oil to China “to finance – according to the USA – Tehran’s military activities”.
“The decision of the new US administration to exercise pressure on the Iranian nation by preventing Iran’s legal trade with its economic partners is an illegitimate, illegal and violent measure,” said the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Esmaeil Baqaei in a note, defining The “completely unjustified and contrary to international rules” measure.
