Lee Jae-Myung, the progressive candidate of the Democratic Party, is the new president of South Korea. The exit pools of the Seoul Network indicate him.
The exit polls of the main South Korean networks uniquely indicate the victory of Lee Jae -myung with at least ten points ahead of the main rival Kim Moon-Soo, the conservative candidate of the People Power Party. According to the joint detection of KBS-BC-SBS, Lee is accredited by 51.7% of the votes against 39.3% of Kim. For Channel A, the percentages are 51.1% and 38.9%, for JTBC 50.6% against 39.4%. For the ICN network, the detachment is less than 10%: Lee is 49.2%and Kim at 41.7%.
