The average temperature of January in the Indian capital was 21.1 degrees, the highest after that recorded in 2019, with the minimums ever under ten degrees, and without any cold wave for the whole month.

In its advances for February, the Indian meteorological department has provided for most of the country higher temperatures of normal and scarce rainfall: the co -presence of these two conditions, in particular in the plains of northern India, can lead to serious damage in development of crops.
