The Indonesian economy grew by 5.03% in 2024, exceeding forecasts and despite global tensions. This was communicated by the Indonesian government.

“All the sectors grew positively in 2024. Those who gave the greatest contribution to the economy were manufacture, trade, agriculture, construction and mining extraction,” the director said in a press conference of the Indonesian statistical office, Amalia Adinintggar Widyasanti.
