Return to political solution, consequences for world economy
China has urged Iran and Israel to “reduce escalation” to avoid that “an enlargement of the conflict” and that the negative effects can expand until they have consequences “for the world economy”. The spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry Guo Jiakun, on the decision of the Iranian Parliament for the blockage of the Hormuz Strait with final decision to the Supreme National Security Council, said that Beijing “invites the international community to intensify the efforts to promote the de-Escalation of the conflict and to prevent regional turbulence from having greater impacts on global economic development”.
