President of Italian-Thai Development is formed

A Thai court has issued arrest herds against 17 people, including the president of the Italian-Thai company Italian-Thai Development Plc.

The China Railway n.10 operated in joint venture with ITD, listed on the Bangkok stock exchange. The two contractors formed the ITD-CREC joint venture, which was building the collapsed skyscraper. In recent days, the Minister of Justice, Tawee Sodsong, had said that several collapse investigations are underway, including the possibility of auction disturbance and the use of false signatures of engineers in the supervision contracts of the works. Investigations from other agencies on various issues continue, including the suspicious use of low quality steel in the construction of the building.
