Beijing has announced collaboration with Washington to reduce tariffs worth tens of billions of dollars. “A further stimulus for the intensification of humanitarian contacts was the introduction, on your initiative, dear friend, of the visa exemption regime on a reciprocal basis for citizens of our countries,” Putin said, addressing Xi Jinping. “We will undoubtedly continue this practice.”
